Send your personalization

After checkout, email peppersinkandstitch@gmail.com with your order number, your logo or artwork, the exact wording for each location, and preferred thread colors. For names or text, use up to 7 characters per location including spaces and punctuation. Clearly identify every location: front, back, left side, or right side. Left and right refer to the wearer. Logo-only orders do not need text.

Send a clear PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF, or an existing DST or EMB embroidery file. Artwork must be reviewed for embroidery suitability. New logos may require a separate digitizing/setup fee; we will discuss any extra charge and obtain approval before beginning work. Hat and shirt designs may need different stitch files. Production cannot begin until we have the required details.

Christmas and group orders

Personalized hats make practical gifts for family, friends, teams, and employees. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date or a larger quantity. No holiday delivery date is guaranteed by this listing.

Processing, care, and returns

Made to order in 3–5 days after personalization and any required artwork approvals are complete. Shipping transit time is additional, with charges shown at checkout. Spot clean with cool water and mild detergent; air dry and do not iron directly over embroidery. Personalized hats cannot be returned or exchanged for customer-selected details. If we make an error or your item arrives damaged, contact us so we can help.
