Turn your design, photo, sketch, or idea into a custom Gildan 65000 Softstyle® Midweight T-shirt, printed with direct-to-garment (DTG) printing by Pepper’s Ink & Stitch. Choose Front only, Back only, or Front + Back. Your selected price includes the shirt and printing on the selected side or sides. No minimum order.

Your shirt

Modern classic fit with a tubular body and a non-topstitched rib collar. Soft 5.4 oz. ring-spun cotton fabric, taped neck and shoulders, and a tear-away label. Most colors are 100% ring-spun cotton; Sport Grey is 90% cotton / 10% polyester. Graphite Heather is 50% cotton / 50% polyester. Printed color and finish can vary with fabric blend and shirt color.

Sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL only. Colors: Brown Savana, Charcoal, Daisy, Graphite Heather, Heliconia, Irish Green, Light Blue, Maroon, Mustard, Navy, Orange, Paragon, Pitch Black, Red, Royal, Sage, Sand, Sapphire, Sport Grey, Stone Blue, Violet, White. Color availability may change; we will contact you before production if your selection cannot be sourced. No color substitutions without your approval.

Your artwork and placement

Upload a clear JPG, PNG, SVG, or PDF of your artwork, photo, or sketch, or describe your idea in the design notes. For Front + Back, upload up to two files and tell us which file belongs on each side, or request the same design on both sides. Enter custom wording exactly as you want it printed, including capitalization. We will contact you about anything that needs clarification before printing.

Maximum print area: 11.5 inches wide × 15 inches tall per side. This is a maximum, not the print size on every shirt. We scale artwork proportionally to fit the chosen garment, seams, and placement; smaller youth and ladies’ sizes may require smaller prints. Artwork will not be stretched to fill the maximum area. Include any specific print-size request in your notes. A sketch or written idea may need artwork preparation; any additional design work or charge will be discussed and approved before work begins.

2. Select one of this style’s listed shirt colors.
3. Upload your design files or describe your idea, and identify front/back artwork when ordering both sides.
4. Review spelling, size, color, placement, and quantity before adding to cart.

Size guide

Approximate garment measurements in inches: width measured flat across the chest × body length. Compare with a well-fitting shirt laid flat. These are garment measurements, not body measurements; manufacturing tolerances apply.

Turnaround and shipping

Made to order with a 3–7 day turnaround after usable artwork and required design details are received and approved. Shipping transit time is additional. Shipping charges are shown at checkout, using the same shipping options as our custom DTF T-shirts.

Mockup examples

Images labeled AI MOCKUPS are generated design examples, not photographs of finished garments. They illustrate front/back placement and approximate print scale on the stated model shirt size. Your shirt will use your submitted or approved design. Actual garment colors, fit, print texture, and scale may vary. The maximum print area does not mean every design fills that area.

Care and personalized orders

Follow the garment care label. Wash inside out with similar colors in cool water and mild detergent. Avoid bleach and ironing directly over the print. Air dry or use low heat if permitted by the garment label. Personalized shirts are not eligible for returns or exchanges for customer-selected size, color, placement, or spelling.
