Custom Embroidered Polo Shirt – Personalized Logo, Name & Business Workwear

Choose your complete embroidery package

• 1 Small Location: one small logo, name, or text placement total.
• 2 Small Locations: two small placements total; the first is included.
• 3 Small Locations: three small placements total; the first is included.
• Large Back Only: one large upper-back design, with no additional small placements.

The price includes your polo and the selected package. Each additional small location adds $7. Contact us before ordering large-back embroidery plus other locations.

Your polo

A short-sleeve polo professionally embroidered with your logo, name, title, text, initials, or custom design. Sizes S–4XL. Select from the 15 offered colors: White, Black, Sports Grey, Charcoal, Dark Heather, Navy, Royal Blue, Light Blue, Red, Maroon, Forest Green, Military Green, Purple, Light Pink, and Sand. The color chart is a reference; additional colors or styles are by request.

Placements and personalization

For small placements, specify left chest, right chest, left sleeve, or right sleeve. Large Back Only is an upper-back design. Use full placement names when ordering rather than chart letters. List EVERY placement and its logo or exact text, matching your package total. Example for two locations: “Left chest — company logo; left sleeve — Bryan.” Enter exact spelling and capitalization. Choose your font from the chart if ordering text; logo-only orders can leave the text field blank.

Artwork and digitizing

Upload your JPG, PNG, SVG, or PDF artwork. Embroidery machines require artwork to be converted into a stitch file, called digitizing. New or complex logos may require a separate digitizing fee; any additional charge will be discussed and approved before work begins. If you already have an embroidery-ready DST or EMB file, email it to peppersinkandstitch@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Your design is stitched directly into the polo using commercial embroidery equipment and quality thread. Small text, fine detail, gradients, or other artwork may need simplification. We review your artwork and contact you if clarification or adjustments are needed. Embroidery size and placement may vary with design, garment size, and fabric.

How to order

1. Select size and the complete embroidery package.
2. Choose your polo color.
3. List every placement and its logo or text.
4. Enter optional text and font; upload your artwork if applicable.
5. Review all details before ordering. Watch your email for any questions about artwork, thread colors, or digitizing.

Processing and shipping

Made to order in 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping transit time is additional: Standard 3–5 business days after production, or Express 1–2 business days after production. Express shipping does not speed up embroidery. U.S. Standard shipping is $8, free on orders of $70 or more; Express is $15. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout. If you have a firm deadline or a larger team order, contact us before ordering.

Care

Machine wash with similar colors according to the garment label. Avoid bleach on embroidered areas. Tumble dry only as allowed by the garment label. Do not iron directly over embroidery.

Custom order policy

Personalized polos are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If we make an error or your item arrives damaged, contact us so we can make it right. Garment and thread colors may vary from screen displays.
