A soft Gildan SF500 pullover hoodie with your chosen design embroidered at ONE location: Center Front or Upper Center Back. This is a pull-on hoodie with a front pouch pocket, not a zip-up.

CHOOSE YOUR EMBROIDERY PACKAGE
1. Center Front — one design centered on the front chest, above the pouch pocket.
2. Upper Center Back — one design centered on the upper back, below the hood.
Both packages include one location, not both. For sleeve embroidery, left-chest or right-chest embroidery, or multiple locations, message us for more information and pricing before ordering.

STITCH LIMIT & ADDITIONAL STITCHES
The listed price includes an embroidered design of up to 30,000 stitches. Designs above 30,000 stitches are charged at $1 per 1,000 stitches over the limit. For example, a 35,000-stitch design adds $5; a 40,000-stitch design adds $10.
Final stitch count is determined when the artwork is digitized. We will confirm any additional stitch charge with you by email at peppersinkandstitch@gmail.com and obtain your approval before embroidery begins. This is an additional embroidery charge, not a digitizing fee.
Design dimensions depend on the artwork, selected placement and garment construction. If you need a specific finished size, message us before ordering.

HOW TO ORDER
1. Choose your hoodie size and either Center Front or Upper Center Back.
2. Select your hoodie color in the personalization options.
3. Upload your artwork, or enter your exact embroidery text and select a font when needed.
4. In Placement and Design, confirm the selected location and describe your design, exact wording and preferred thread colors. For a pictured design example, identify the hoodie color and motif.
5. Watch your email for any artwork questions or stitch-count approval.

PERSONALIZED TEXT & ARTWORK
Names, monograms, original artwork and custom logos are welcome. Enter wording exactly as you want it embroidered, including capitalization. Select a font from the listing's font chart for text orders. Leave the text field blank for artwork-only orders.
Upload a clear PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF using the Artwork Upload field. If you cannot upload your file, send it by email at peppersinkandstitch@gmail.com. Very small lettering, gradients, shadows and fine details may need simplification for embroidery.
Already have a digitized DST or EMB file? Message us so we can confirm suitability and provide sending instructions if the upload field does not accept the file type.

ABOUT THE EXAMPLE IMAGES
Images marked “AI MOCKUP • DESIGN EXAMPLE” are AI-generated illustrations of embroidery ideas and placement, not photographs of finished garments. Your hoodie is embroidered to order. Actual thread texture, design details, placement scale and garment color may vary from the mockups. Final stitch count is confirmed during digitizing; the images do not certify a stitch count. Message us if you would like to discuss a pictured example before ordering.

Review the size chart before ordering. For comparison, lay a hoodie you own flat and compare its measurements with the chart. Actual colors may vary with your screen settings and garment availability.

CUSTOM ORDERS & RETURNS
Each hoodie is embroidered specifically for you. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for customer-selected size, color, placement, or spelling. Please check your selections, wording and artwork before ordering.
If we make an embroidery error or you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us so we can make it right.

BULK & BUSINESS ORDERS
One hoodie or an entire crew: no minimum order. Message us for larger quantities, multiple garment styles, additional embroidery locations, or other custom requests.
Shipping is calculated separately at checkout.

Processing and shipping

Made to order in 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping transit time is additional: Standard 3–5 business days after production, or Express 1–2 business days after production. Express shipping does not speed up embroidery. U.S. Standard shipping is $8, free on orders of $70 or more; Express is $15. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout. If you have a firm deadline or a larger team order, contact us before ordering.
