Add your business logo, name, or custom text to a Sportsman SP12 cuffed knit beanie. Pepper’s Ink & Stitch welcomes single-item orders and larger orders for businesses, crews, teams, clubs, and gifts. No minimum order.

Each beanie includes embroidery in one location: centered on the front of the folded cuff. Standard design area is up to 4 inches wide by 1.75 inches high; final size depends on your artwork and lettering. Photos show completed embroidery examples. Your beanie will feature your own logo or text.

Beanie details

Sportsman SP12 12-inch Solid Cuffed Beanie.
One size fits most adults.
Approximately 7.5 inches wide laid flat and 12 inches long unfolded.
Adjustable fold-over cuff, shown at approximately 3 inches.
Solid colors: 100% acrylic.
Heather Grey: 62% acrylic / 38% polyester.
Heather Charcoal: 50% acrylic / 50% polyester.

Ten colors

Black, Navy, Heather Charcoal, Heather Grey, White, Camel, Maroon, Forest Green, Pink, and Red. Screen colors may differ slightly from the actual fabric and thread.

How to order

Upload your logo or artwork if applicable.
Review your details and complete the order.

For logo-only orders, leave the text field blank. We review your personalization and artwork before production and contact you by email if clarification or adjustments are needed.

Logos and digitizing

Artwork must be converted into embroidery stitch instructions before sewing. New logos may require a separate digitizing/setup fee, and complex artwork may require additional preparation. We will contact you before beginning work that requires an additional charge. A usable embroidery-ready file may avoid repeat digitizing for the same logo.

For DST or EMB files, email peppersinkandstitch@gmail.com with your order number and name. Fine detail, very small lettering, gradients, and photographic elements may need simplification on knit fabric. Designs are sized to suit the cuff and may not fill the entire embroidery area.

Processing and shipping

Made to order in 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping transit time is additional: Standard 3–5 business days after production, or Express 1–2 business days after production. Express shipping does not speed up embroidery. U.S. Standard shipping is $8, free on orders of $70 or more; Express is $15. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout.
